About Frankston Painters

This site is a Capes-tier rebuild of frankstonpainters.com.au: a long-form Australian journal about house painting on the Mornington Peninsula, written in the voice of a careful trade magazine rather than a lead-generation brochure.

What we publish

The original business site is no longer recoverable from the Wayback Machine. The domain still names the niche with precision: painters in Frankston, and by extension the bayside and hinterland suburbs that share its weather, housing stock and paint failures. We cover exterior and coastal systems, interiors, colour and product, cost and quoting, preparation and local streetscapes.

Who it is for

Owners of weatherboard bungalows in Seaford, clifftop renders on Olivers Hill, brick veneers in Langwarrin, and anything in between that has to live with Port Phillip salt. We also write for painters, specifiers and students of the Australian trade who want public explanations that do not collapse into a call-to-action.

Independence

Product names such as Dulux Weathershield and Taubmans All Weather appear because they are the systems actually specified on the Peninsula, not because a manufacturer paid for the mention. Guest posts, if accepted, are labelled and carry rel="sponsored" on any paid links, as set out in our write-for-us guidelines and editorial standards.
