Frankston Painters accepts a small number of original, reported guest essays from painters, building designers, heritage consultants and owners who have something specific to say about painting houses on the Mornington Peninsula.
What we want
- Australian English, 1,000 words or more, reported rather than recapped.
- A Peninsula or south-east Melbourne angle: salt, weatherboards, overlays, quotes, products, streets.
- Descriptive internal links to existing hubs such as preparation and materials where they help the reader.
- Sources named in the copy. Link out to primary material — Australian Standards, WorkSafe Victoria, manufacturer data sheets — with ordinary crawlable
<a href>links.
What we will not run
- Spun “top 10 painters” listicles or AI filler.
- Pieces whose only job is a do-follow backlink.
- Unlabelled advertorial, fake case studies, or stock-photo galleries.
- Anything that contradicts our editorial standards.
Links, payment and disclosure
If a piece is paid for, bartered, or published in exchange for a link, every commercial outbound URL will carry rel="sponsored" in line with Google’s crawlable-links guidance and sponsored-link rules. We do not sell homepage links. We do not accept JavaScript-only or button-only navigation in submitted HTML.

Use the form below. Include a headline, a 150-word outline, and a link to two published samples. Pitch first — do not send a finished 3,000-word draft unannounced. Questions can also go through the contact page.
